Ordering and Payment

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments

  • Finnish bank payments

  • Latvian bank payments

  • Lithuanian bank payments

  • Visa and Mastercard card payments

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Important: When paying via bank link, please be sure to click “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page after completing the payment.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment: bank-link payments are processed in the secure environment of the respective bank, and card payments are processed in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.

The sales contract enters into force once the amount due has been credited to the bank account of Haljala NGU.

The owner of the Online Store, Haljala NGU, is the data controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of sending the notice, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries:

  • Estonia

  • European Union member states

The Buyer can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Omniva parcel lockers

  • Smartpost Itella parcel lockers

  • DPD parcel lockers

  • Courier service (in selected regions)

Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed when selecting the delivery method before confirming the order.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the Buyer within 2–5 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia generally take 5–14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days, in accordance with Estonian and EU consumer protection legislation.
